All you need to do is present our real estate investment opportunities to your group or club. We negotiate and structure the deals so you can offer them as turnkey investments. You decide which of our opportunities to present and the extent of your involvement.

Then refer interested investors to us. We answer their questions and handle the transaction. All that’s left for you to do is to deposit your referral check.

Referral Fees

You earn a referral fee for each and every closed transaction. The fee is paid when the investor closes escrow on their purchase. Referral fees start at $1,000 per property and go up to $2,000 based on your volume. The more properties they buy, the more money you earn.
